I'm a Cambridge student and Nottingham local who builds websites for small businesses. I got into this because I kept seeing great local businesses with no online presence at all, or with sites that looked like they were built in 2009 and were embarrassing to share.
I've worked in construction and hospitality, so I understand the people I work with. I know a plumber does not want to think about DNS settings. I know a restaurant owner just wants customers to find their menu. That is exactly what I focus on.
